We want you to love your game night experience. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if

  • The product is unused and in original sealed packaging

  • All components and cards are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Opened or used card games cannot be returned for hygiene & integrity reasons.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it or issue a refund.

Please email support@gamenightsa.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Brief description

Return Shipping

  • If the product is faulty or incorrect — we cover return shipping

  • For change of mind — customer covers return courier cost

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 3–7 working days.
